Payments should be made based on the level swam last year, and any adjustments will be made once the season starts.  This year we will give a $10 discount for swimmers (not including Parent, Alumni or Introductory) who register on or before the registration date.  Family discounts will be 10% off for 2nd child, 20% off for 3rd, and 30% off for 4th. 

In order for our club to run smoothly and to maintain our current fee schedule, parent participation and fundraising is mandatory.  For swimming,  we require a $100 post-dated cheque for July 24, 2007  to cover participation and a $125 post-dated cheque for August 1, 2007 to cover fundraising. Upon completion of a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service and your fundraising committment, your cheques will be returned to you. 

Alumni swimmers have to be a least 15 years old and have swam with the club for at least 2 full seasons.  The alumni fee does not include swim suits or 'away' meet entry fees except for the Regional and Provincial meets.

The Introductory price is to encourage new families and members to join.  The registration fee is 1/2 price for the first season and the swimmer must be new to BCSSA.  For swimming, this fee will include  the swim meet entry fees and swimsuit .  The Family Fundraising and Volunteer obligations are not discounted. The Introductory rate is not included in the Family Discount rate.

We will accept 3 post-dated cheques for registration. 1/3 will be cashed on registration day, 1/3 will be on June 1st, and the other 1/3 will be on July 1st.  If you required more information, please call Alan or Lisa at 604-572-1986.

New swimmers joining the club must bring a photocopy of birth certificate or passport as proof of birthdate.  The swimmer is not allowed into the water until their registration form is filled out due to insurance purposes.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Registration in Swimming for all groups except Alumni and Parent includes a swimsuit and  meet entry fees. Alumni and Parent groups includes only the home, Regional and Provinical swim meet entry fees. 

Late registration will occur after July 1st.  At this time the cost will be $175 for all swim categories.  ( swimsuit not  included). Family discount does not apply.

The minimum a swimmer must pay is $ 150 except for Introductory.
No discounts for Parent, Alumni, or Introductory Fee.
