No refunds for program fees, unless for medical reason (Medical note is required).
No refunds for BCSSA Fee under any circumstances.
Swimmer Removal
Remove by strike system
Coaches will be permitted to remove swimmers from practice based on this system:
Minor Strikes
Occur when another swimmer proceeds to do the following after being told to stop:
Major Strikes
Occur when a swimmer commits a seriuos offense
Practice Cancellation
Summer Season
Practices can be canceled for reasons out of our control including holidays, pool booking space, extreme weather, or other unforeseeable events. Refunds will only be given if more than 7 days are canceled in the Summer Season (not including known dates before registration or Holidays)
Winter Season
Up to 2 practices could be canceled without reimbursement. Reasons for cancellation includes unexpected pool closure and swim competition. If more than 2 practices are canceled, a reasonable reimbursement will be available.
Parents Off Deck
Coaches are to give full attention to swimmers during practices. Parents must stay off deck and ask questions after practices have finished. Exceptions may be made for swimmers under the age of 7 or under special request.

- 3 Major Strikes - Removal from club without refund.
- 1 Major Strike - Removal from practice.
- 3 Minor Strikes in one practice - Removal from practice, 1 Major Strike added.

Occur when another swimmer proceeds to do the following after being told to stop:
- distracting or obstructing anther swimmer.
- insulting another swimmer.
Major Strikes
Occur when a swimmer commits a seriuos offense
- Violence towards another swimmer
- 3 minor Strikes in a single practice
- Harmful behavior that stops another swimmer from participating in practice
